To establish an individualized, flexible and sustainable e-learning ecosystem suitable for organizational goals and objectives and to emphasize the role and importance of e-learning infrastructures and dimensions to increase success in e-learning. It is the literature review about e-learning ecosystem studies. In the literature e-learning ecosystem studies have been examined in different purposes, scope and dimensions. Sustainable, flexible and individualized ecosystems should be designed by evaluating the ecosystem dimensions involved in the work before e-learning systems are established. This will create a sustainable, flexible and individualized ecosystem. In e-learning ecosystem design, knowing the relationships and interactions between the stakeholders forming the e-learning system and their dimensions and designing them are very important in terms of establishing a sustainable and flexible e-learning ecosystem. E-öğrenmede başarının artırılması için organizasyon hedef ve amaçlarına uygun bireyselleştirilmiş, esnek ve sürdürülebilir e-öğrenme ekosisteminin kurulması ve e-öğrenme altyapıları ile boyutlarının rolü ve önemini vurgulamaktır. E-öğrenme ekosistemi çalışmaları ile ilgili literatür taramasıdır. Literatürde farklı amaç, kapsam ve boyutlarda e-öğrenme ekosistem çalışmaları incelenmiştir. E-öğrenme sistemleri kurulmadan önce çalışmada yer alan ekosistem boyutları değerlendirilerek sürdürülebilir, esnek ve bireyselleştirilmiş ekosistem tasarlanmalıdır. Böylece sürdürülebilir, esnek ve bireyselleştirilmiş bir ekosistem yaratılacaktır. E-öğrenme tasarımında e-öğrenme sistemini oluşturan paydaşlar ve boyutları arasındaki ilişki ve etkileşimlerin bilinmesi ve buna yönelik tasarımların yapılması sürdürülebilir ve esnek bir e-öğrenme ekosistemi oluşturulması açısından son derece önemlidir.
